These Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement (the “Agreement”) between you and Career Concept. When you access and/or use the Career Concept website, you are accepting these Terms and Conditions. You are agreeing to use careerconcept.com.np at your own risk. This Agreement shall be under the governance of the laws of Nepal and by using Career Concept and agreeing to this Agreement, you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nepal courts.
3. Definitions:
The definitions listed below are applicable to the Agreement:
“Career Concept Materials” includes all the materials, methodologies, implementation plans or other intellectual property used during the provision of Services.

All third-party or open-source code embedded therein
Any upgrades, updates, releases, fixes, enhancements or modifications to the foregoing), graphics, images, design (colour combinations and page layout), text, information, data, and resumes stored in various commercial databases operated and licensed by Career Concept (including, and not limited to: its “Applicant Ranking,” “Profile Completeness,” and “Salary Benchmark”) data submitted via the Career Concept by Users and other content made available through the Career Concept website.
“Document” refers to anything posted to the careerconcept.com.np website by either Job Seeker or Employer.
“Employer” means a person or entity that is using the careerconcept.com.np website to post a job and/or seek applicants for recruitment.
“Employer Materials” includes any brochures, emails, sample job postings, website content, career fair material, audio, videos, photographs, logos, trademarks, service marks, domain names, documents or other materials provided by Employer.
“Job Seeker” means a User who is accessing the careerconcept.com.np website to search for a job or for any other purposes except as an Employer.
“Services” means any services provided by Career Concept.
“User” refers to any individual or entity that uses any aspect of the Career Concept website.
4. Terms and Conditions applicable for Jobseekers:
Rules regarding Site Usage: Career Concept is intended for people seeking employment. Career Concept hereby grants you a limited and non-exclusive right to access and use the Career Concept website only for your personal use. This authorizes you to view and download a single copy of the material on the Career Concept website solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree that you are solely responsible for the content of any Document you post to Career Concept website and Career Concept is not liable for any consequences arising from such posting. Your use of the Career Concept website is a privilege. Career Concept reserves the right to suspend or terminate that privilege for any reason at any time, in its sole discretion.
Other Specific Rules Regarding Site Usage: You represent, warrant and agree that you
Are at least 13 years of age or older, and if under the age of 18 or the age of majority, as that is defined in your jurisdiction, you will only use the Career Concept website and Services under the supervision of a parent, legal guardian, or another responsible adult.

Career Concept uses an automated algorithm to generate ‘Applicant Ranking’ and does not offer any warranties regarding the authenticity and reality of competition among applicants.
Career Concept uses an automated algorithm to generate a ‘Salary Benchmark’ and does not offer any warranties regarding the authenticity and reality of maximum and minimum salary earnable in any industry and any post or designations.
Career Concept will not be responsible for the failure of any back-end technologies of the mail exchange server which might result in the failure of receiving mail.

Permission to create an account
Career Concept holds the right to create an account for you given that they have received your written or verbal approval to do so.
5. Terms and conditions applicable for Employers:
Rules regarding site usage: Career Concept is intended for employers seeking candidates for recruitment. Career Concept hereby grants you a limited, terminable, non-exclusive right to access and use the Career Concept only for your internal business: for the purposes of seeking applicants for recruitment. This authorizes you to view and download a single copy of the material on the Career Concept website only for your personal use directly related to searching for and recruiting job prospects Career Concept also grants you a limited, terminable, non-exclusive license to use the Career Concept Materials and Services for your internal use only. You may not sell, transfer or assign any of the Services or your rights to any of the Services provided by Career Concept to any third party without the express written authorization of Career Concept. You agree that you are solely responsible for the content of any Document you post to a Site and Career Concept not liable for any consequences arising from such posting. Career Concept reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access and use at any time if Career Concept determines that you are in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Employer Materials: Employer represents, warrants and covenants that any Employer Materials provided by Employer for use in connection with the Services will not violate any laws or regulations or third-party proprietary rights, including, without limitation, copyright, trademark, obscenity, rights of publicity or privacy, and defamation laws. Employer hereby grants Career Concept a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the Employer Materials and to hyperlink to Employer’s website in connection with the Services.
Warranty Disclaimer: Career Concept makes no representations or guarantees regarding the effectiveness of the services or timeliness of the services in meeting your employment objectives. Career Concept does not guarantee that the services will result in candidates being hired, positions being filled or employees being retained, and is not responsible or liable for any business, employment, hiring and/or salary decisions, for whatever reason made, made by you.
Damage Liability
You assume all responsibility and risk for your use of the Career Concept website, the internet generally, and employer materials that you post, provide or access and for your conduct on and off the sites.
Career Concept will also not be held responsible for any loss of information that occurred due to any reasons.
Allocation of Liability: In no event shall Career Concept (or any of its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents or advertisers), be liable for any non-direct damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, incidental and consequential damages, lost profits, or damages resulting from lost data, lost employment opportunity, or business interruption) resulting from or arising under or in connection with services or the use or access to, or the inability to use or access, the sites and/or any document, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not Career Concept is advised of the possibility of such damages.
Equitable Relief: Due to the nature of this Agreement, in addition to monetary damages, you agree that Career Concept will be entitled to equitable relief upon a breach of this agreement by you.
Conduct Rules: You may not respond to postings by other Users in any manner or for any purpose other than that which is expected (i.e., to initiate further discussion with the applicants). Communications soliciting the Employer’s business are prohibited.
Disclaimer of all the services and features provided by Career Concept
The payment made by the user is not refundable and the amount paid will stand appropriated.
The amount paid entitles the user access to Career Concept services for the period of time the period of time the amount is for.
The amount paid is not transferrable between users and entities.
Career Concept will not be responsible for the failure of any back-end technologies of the mail exchange server which might result in the failure of receiving mail.
