Job Requirements:
- Bachelor in ICT completed (CSIT, BIT, BCA)
- 3 yrs experience preferred in similar role.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and trouble-shooting problems related to IT-related hardware (desktop, laptop, scanner, switch, UPS, copier/printer and smart phones) and local area networks (LAN)
- Support and maintenance/upgrade of software (operating system and standard applications). Perform virus scanning, security updates, back-up etc. Provide support in conducting online meetings.
- Provide helpdesk service to staff whenever required.
- Installation and movements of the computer equipment and printers.
- Keeping log of all maintenance activities, equipment movement and issuances.
- Perform preventive services (checking, dusting/cleaning) of all equipment (server, desktop, laptop, switch), which may be required work during weekend and submit.
- Prepare and submit monthly log reports of all ICT helpdesk services carried out to IT Staff.
- Provide support for Video Conferencing
- Assist in keeping up-to-date inventory of IT hardware (such as serial number, manufacturer, model number, location, users etc.) and software.
- To provide computer-related logistic support during workshop/seminar.
- Support in clean-up of laptops and other ICT equipment to be auctioned off.
- Remote helpdesk support to staff in off-hours during emergencies
- Travel to Agency Regional or Field offices for ICT support, if required.
