Are you a skilled IT Support Specialist with strong experience in technical support, IT infrastructure, and end-user assistance?
We’re looking for a motivated professional to join our team and provide reliable IT support services, manage IT assets, and ensure seamless operation of hardware, software, and network systems.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide end-user IT support for hardware, software, printing, connectivity, and productivity tools
- Assist in managing and maintaining local IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, telecoms, and IT facilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve routine IT issues across Windows, MacOS, Android, and iOS platforms
- Coordinate with centralized IT service desk for escalations and ensure timely issue resolution
- Support deployment and rollout of new IT systems, tools, and updates
- Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and support equipment distribution
- Liaise with local vendors to ensure quality delivery of IT goods and services
- Contribute to disaster recovery and IT resilience activities
- Collaborate with facilities teams on IT-related systems (e.g., UPS, security, fire systems)
- Document processes and provide input on IT improvements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT support or related technical roles
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, O365, iOS, Android, and Mac OS
- Experience with mobile devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops) and remote support
- Familiarity with financial or enterprise systems is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
