Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct and supervise food preparation training for kitchen staff.
- Plan, organize, and execute training programs on cooking techniques and food safety.
- Deliver hands-on sessions on Thakali cuisine, plating, portioning, and presentation.
- Train staff on kitchen hygiene, ingredient handling, and waste management.
- Assess skill levels, identify gaps, and design structured training modules.
- Ensure staff follows standard recipes and maintains food quality.
Requirements:
- Expertise in food preparation, kitchen management, and hygiene standards.
- Strong teaching and mentoring skills for hands-on training.
- Ability to develop structured training materials and guidelines.
- Knowledge of traditional Thakali cuisine and modern food safety practices.
