Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Officer to promote and sell our range of electric lighting products, including LED lights, decorative fixtures, and commercial lighting solutions. The role involves building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets in both retail and project-based markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential clients, including retailers, wholesalers, contractors, architects, and project developers.

Promote and demonstrate electric lighting products, explaining features, benefits, and energy-saving advantages.

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.

Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to close sales deals.

Coordinate with the technical and operations team to ensure timely delivery and installation support.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to showcase products.

Provide feedback to management on product improvements and market demands.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in electric lighting, electrical equipment, or hardware industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand technical specifications of lighting products.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Able to communicate in Newari Language

Work Environment:

Office-based with frequent client visits and market travel.
