Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Consultant with a strong background in the health and wellness industry. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of business models, market dynamics, and operational frameworks that drive sales, customer engagement, and sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing business operations, sales processes, and customer engagement models in the health and wellness domain.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve sales performance, client retention, and operational efficiency.Identify opportunities for new service lines, partnerships, and market expansion.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to recommend effective business models.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to refine the company’s vision, mission, and value proposition.
• Provide actionable insights and KPIs to monitor performance and guide decision-making.
• Train internal teams on best practices and business development strategies aligned with wellness trends.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in business consulting, preferably in the health and wellness sector.
• Deep understanding of business modeling, brand positioning, and value creation in service-based industries.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and drive measurable results.
• Experience with CRM tools, strategic frameworks (e.g., SWOT, PESTEL), and market segmentation.
