Position Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Pharmacist to manage medicine invoicing, order processing, and inventory, while ensuring accuracy, quality, and excellent customer service.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and manage incoming medicine invoices for accuracy
• Process medicine orders via WhatsApp and Viber
• Handle MDE issues (Missed, Damaged, Exchange) and inspect returned products
• Communicate with the Customer Care Team regarding product inquiries
• Coordinate prescription orders through Jeevee Admin
• Oversee medicine transfers using the Syntax system
• Maintain pharmaceutical station cleanliness, stock rotation, and expiry checks
