





Position: Service Manager (Admin-Related)
Industry: Lift/Elevator Business
Location: Putalisadak, Kathmandu
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare annual maintenance reports, quotations, and contracts.
Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Manage and lead a team of technicians.
Schedule and coordinate service calls efficiently.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Plan budgets and manage financial aspects of the service department.
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the lift/elevator or related service industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in budgeting, financial planning, and strategy development.
Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in the industry.
Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
