Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Assistant – Marketing to join our team in the health, baby, and beauty product sector. The ideal candidate will assist in executing marketing strategies, digital campaigns, and brand promotions to boost product visibility and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
- Support the creation of marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and social media content.
- Coordinate with sales and design teams to ensure brand consistency in promotional activities.
- Help manage and grow the company’s social media presence.
- Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.
- Support in organizing promotional events and product launches.
- Maintain records of marketing activities and performance metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and tools.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Basic MS Office or Google Workspace proficiency.
- Ability to work in a team and meet deadlinesInternship or 6+ months of marketing experience (preferably in FMCG, health, or beauty sector).
- Passion for health, baby care, and beauty products.
