Position Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Pharmacist to manage medicine invoicing, order processing, and inventory, while ensuring accuracy, quality, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and manage incoming medicine invoices for accuracy
- Process medicine orders via WhatsApp and Viber
- Handle MDE issues (Missed, Damaged, Exchange) and inspect returned products
- Communicate with the Customer Care Team regarding product inquiries
- Coordinate prescription orders through Jeevee Admin
- Oversee medicine transfers using the Syntax system
- Maintain pharmaceutical station cleanliness, stock rotation, and expiry checks
