Position Summary

The candidate will be responsible for proper inspection/observation/failure analysis, solution with proper reporting/ inquiry generation and order conversion.

Major Roles And Responsibilities (Job Details)

Timely attain customer complain and provide proper solution
Proper inspection /observation/ failure analysis and solution with proper reporting and Good Technical Knowledge
Technical support for critical problem to ST and customer by telephonic support
Mandatory to understand the Electric and hydraulic circuit with basic engine troubleshooting for HEX and MG
Training to customer and operator for proper handling of machine , genuine parts and its importance
Proper knowledge and procedure to handle and check special tools
Proper Customer Handling and Competition machine study, Testimonial collection
Proper inquiry generation from old aged machine , proper follow up for quotation and order conversion.

Job Requirement:

Diploma in Auto/ Mech with 3 years experience or CTEVT with 5 years plus experience.
