Job Responsibilities:

  1. Market Analysis and Strategy:
    • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and potential clients.
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate new markets and expand the company’s footprint.
  2. Client Acquisition:
    • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry influencers.
    • Lead the identification, targeting, and acquisition of new clients to achieve revenue targets.
  3. Partnership Development:
    • Identify and establish strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance the company’s offerings and market presence.
    • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
  4. Sales Leadership:
    • Provide leadership to the sales team, setting targets, and ensuring consistent achievement of revenue goals.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and tactics.
  5. Proposal Development:
    • Oversee the creation and submission of high-quality proposals, ensuring they align with client needs and company capabilities.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
  6. Market Positioning:
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the company’s brand and market positioning.
    • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
  7. Reporting and Analysis:
    • Generate regular reports on business development activities, tracking key performance indicators and providing insights for continuous improvement.
    • Analyze market data and feedback to adjust strategies and stay responsive to changing market conditions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales leadership roles.
  • Extensive experience in industry/sector with a deep understanding of market dynamics.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve ambitious targets.
