Position Summary:
The incumbent will be responsible for
- Creating daily/weekly/monthly Purchase order list.
- Placing the order and routine follow up.
- Ensuring the quality and quality of Inbound goods as per specification and Purchase order.
- Perform Purchase return and vendor follow up for the same.
- Work with other Fulfillment teams to ensure accurate inventory level.
- Oversee demand planning and inventory management processes between different retail outlets and central store.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies with suppliers promptly

Minimum Competencies Required for the position
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
