Position: Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business opportunities with potential customers throughout the sales cycle, including targeting, prospecting, and presenting business propositions.
  • Generate leads by visiting builders, architects, interior designers, and construction companies/sites.
  • Understand, manage, and interpret customer requirements effectively.
  • Meet prospective clients and deliver presentations on the company’s products and services.
  • Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials.
  • Execute sales plans devised by the management and contribute to the growth of business revenue.
  • Generate sales leads within the assigned territory and meet/exceed sales goals.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive revenue generation.
  • Ensure confidentiality to protect the organization’s value and information.
  • Complete daily/weekly logs of all activities and maintain transparency in reporting.
  • Maintain a harmonious relationship with customers from order booking to project handover.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the construction or building equipment sector (excluding cement and steel).
  • Strong networking skills with a proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in understanding customer requirements and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and contribute to team goals.

Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
