HR Officer Job Duties
- Direct and supervise all facets of talent acquisition, including sourcing, recruitment, selection, and devising recruitment strategies, to ensure the prompt placement of suitable candidates.
- Develop and execute initiatives for employer branding to bolster the organization’s standing as an employer of choice.
- Assume responsibility for operational aspects throughout the employee lifecycle, encompassing onboarding, offboarding, employee database administration, payroll processing, performance management, reward systems, compliance tasks, and procedures.
- Devise and execute comprehensive onboarding plans, guiding newly hired staff on HR policies, internal protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Actively participate in the creation and execution of learning and development programs, fostering a culture of continuous growth within the organization.
- Oversee HR Information Systems (HRIS) for streamlined operations, supervise automation initiatives for efficiency gains.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by proactively identifying areas for enhancement, driving change, and adapting to evolving business needs.
HR Officer Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Around 2 years experience in HR-related roles.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
