• Conduct and supervise food & beverage training and development.
• Plan, organize, and execute various training activities.
• Deliver engaging training sessions for staff on food service, customer handling, and hygiene standards.
• Conduct training needs assessments and design relevant training programs.
• Ensure the effective implementation of training programs and monitor staff performance.
