Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the designated region/territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to understand their needs and present appropriate products/services.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth and success.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager.
- Promote the company’s products and services by presenting their benefits and features to clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and initiatives.
- Follow up with leads and customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Attend trade shows, events, and industry networking opportunities as required.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s product portfolio and industry developments.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in field sales or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving targets.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Knowledge of [industry/product] is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
