Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the designated region/territory.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to understand their needs and present appropriate products/services.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth and success.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager.
  • Promote the company’s products and services by presenting their benefits and features to clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close sales.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and initiatives.
  • Follow up with leads and customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Attend trade shows, events, and industry networking opportunities as required.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s product portfolio and industry developments.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in field sales or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving targets.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Knowledge of [industry/product] is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
