- Effectively manage costs & actively participate in food preparation, ensuring consistent adherence to the highest standards in product quality.
- Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring proper maintenance of equipment, upholding high cleanliness standards, & promoting safe food handling practices consistently.
- Implement work schedules & rotation for kitchen areas,guaranteeing a 5-star service consistently.
