Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Care Executive to join our growing team in the health, baby, and beauty products sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in telecommunication or a related field and will be responsible for providing outstanding support to our customers, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms.
  • Provide accurate information about products, pricing, availability, and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain customer records and update CRM systems as required.
  • Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and logistics teams to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with customers for feedback and after-sales service.
  • Support promotional campaigns and communicate offers to customers.
  • Ensure all communication aligns with brand tone and quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Nepali.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of customer service tools and CRM systems.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction.
  • Prior experience in customer care, preferably in telecommunication or product-based sectors.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication platforms.
  • Passionate about health, baby, and beauty care industries.
