Position Summary The Call Management and SAP Operator plays a critical role in ensuring efficient call handling and accurate data entry of all service call/complain, process timely closing and update the reopen call.  Also, update due done sheet & mobilization and utilization of service engineer.
Major Roles And Responsibilities (Job Details)
  • Service Call notification assign, maintain through SDS and process for closing.
  • Share in Call management Viber group & follow up with Service Engineer if any delay for timely response from Service Engineer.
  • File maintain for each service report and add for new customer.
  • All call & Re-open call check & update with remarks and mail to concern person.
  • Update Call register, if any change in operator no need to send for update in master sheet
  • Due vs. Done MSI sheet update and share.
  • Daily report of Service Engineer mobilization record & share on daily twice and utilization sheet every month.

 

Competency Required for the position:

  • Minimum Intermediate completed.
  • Knowledge of handling phone calls
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer Service Orientated
  • Years from relevant experience
  • Good knowledge in computer.
