





Position: Marketing and Sales Representative
Responsibilities:
• Present, promote and sell our services to existing and prospective customers.
• Show demo of our solutions in our experience center.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business relationships with the consultants and customers.
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Provide training and support to customers.
• Aim to meet sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
• Analyze the market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
• Keep track of new developments and trends in our field of expertise.
• Continuously improve through feedback.
Criteria:
• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative.
• Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.
• Should be always motivated towards one’s responsibility and must be proactive in dealing with different situations.
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
• Must be able to speak and write in English well.
• Preferably someone who owns a two-wheeler.
